Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Hairmaker mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Hairmaker is an AI-powered mobile application that generates realistic hairstyle previews from user-uploaded photos. The service allows you to try on over 180 different hairstyles across 16 categories before committing to a change.

The service requires credits to generate images, which can be obtained through a free allocation upon sign-up, subscription plans, or one-time credit pack purchases.

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• New accounts receive a free credit to try the service.
• Additional credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time credit pack purchases.
• If a generation fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms and refund policies apply to all transactions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
• Downgrading or cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Create misleading, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI models.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the free credit system, or exploit bugs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share AI-generated images but may not use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The Hairmaker name, logo, app design, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated previews, including but not limited to salon visits, hair treatments, or hair coloring.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hairmaker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings in the App.

Upon account deletion, all your data — including photos, generated images, and profile information — will be permanently removed. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
